Privacy declaration

Welcome to www.Hidalgo.nl where clarity is a great asset. Hidalgo is part of RuLe Holding BV. If you sign up for our newsletter, you leave online traces and/or personal data. This requires conscious information and security. As a company, we are obliged to inform you about how we handle your personal data. What happens to them, for what purpose, and how they are kept and secured. This is stated in this Privacy Statement. It should be concise, transparent, understandable and easily accessible. Those values are so close to what we - among other things - want to radiate with our website (simple, open, clear, connecting), that the design of this statement was actually a pleasure. Your data will of course be treated carefully, confidentially and with respect. If you sign up for the newsletter, we will only use your data for that purpose. If you request a quote via the site or contact us via the contact form, we will use your e-mail address and/or telephone number to contact you. The personal explanation that you may include with it will not leave our mailbox. More about all that in detail below. What personal data does it concern exactly? Because you visit the website, fill in a contact form, and/or request a quote, your personal data is processed: first and last name, address details, telephone number, e-mail address and information about your activities on the website. Why are they requested? In order to contact you and to be able to perform the service, we logically use your name and contact details to maintain contact and to inform you. And we carefully store all information that you share by email. Information shared by telephone is not recorded in writing. Your data will also be processed to send newsletters or otherwise inform you about our business activities, and to analyze visitor behavior to improve the website. What does not happen with your data? Your data will not be sold to others. They are also not used to compile extensive visitor profiles, nor for decision-making based on automated processing (that is, by computer programs or systems without human intervention).

Will your data be shared with third parties?

Yes, only if this is necessary due to a legal obligation or a legitimate interest such as reasonable business operations: - bank, due to the processing of payments - tax adviser, due to access to invoices with address details - website host, for the storage of data from contact forms - newsletter software, for the digital newsletter – Google Analytics, for the analysis of website visit data Processing agreements have been concluded with these 'processors'. Newsletter At the bottom of every newsletter you will find the option to unsubscribe. Google Analytics This analyzes visit and click behavior on the website. This information is stored by Google on servers in the United States and processed in reports on the functioning of the website. On the websites of Google and Google Analytics you will find their privacy policy with more information. This collection of data is done in a privacy-friendly manner; I have anonymized the unique customer part of the IP address, 'sharing data' has been turned off, and no combination of other Google services with Google Analytics is used. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on Google's behalf. We have no influence on this. How long will your data be kept? The data of existing clients will not be kept for longer than five years after the end of the service. We reserve 5 years for any future collaborations. There is an exception: just like any entrepreneur, we are legally obliged to keep our administration, including invoices with address details, for seven years. Is something not right, do you want to view your data or have it removed? Contact us and we will arrange it for you, within two working days at the latest.

Right of withdrawal

We point out to our customers that promotional items are custom products, so the right of withdrawal as determined by law does not apply. If you have a complaint about the quality of our product, you can contact our customer service. We will then find a suitable solution for you.
